hi..and welcome back to reading my blog.....kk lets get to da point...............so 2day... i went for NAPFA retest... i oso dunno wat ting i fail.... den i go ask shi jie..where the list....he say dunno??? wad a tipical reply....den i oso dunno wad i fail... i go do all........I ran 2.4km... in 15.32mins.thats a pass...!!!!!

den after dat go do the rest sit ups..all / waa... den i go check the list i onli fail sit and reach....den its like waste my time siol.....but atleast i train my fitness......den after that..go underblock..see timothy do michael jackson moves...and krishnan.. hari shankar..and hari..and i..all have fun loitering...........lol............actually it was a fun day!!!!

WOW!!! so fast Friday tomorrow..... time flys...so im going to go do nothing now as i have done my homework all......so ..... i guess i gotta go....bye guys tack care of yurself and yur health...!!!!!
